about

ONE DAY IT WILL ALL MAKE SENSE is a collection of ambient electronic works that were performed entirely live on hardware synthesizers. This no-software approach inspired expansive, semi-improvised soundscapes that ebb and flow in organic ways, much like how performances on traditional instrumentation vary with the mood of the musician, even if the notes stay the same. The analogue synthesizers used throughout most of the tracks leant the songs even more of the unpredictability and beautiful, natural imperfections of physical music-making. A computer was used only insofar as to capture the performances and master the recordings.

Altogether, ONE DAY IT WILL ALL MAKE SENSE is lush, warm, and melancholic experience meant to colour the listener's quotidian experiences, rather than to take centre-stage in the listener's attention. This is music for thinking, driving, reading, and otherwise living.
